Dave and Wayne have done an awesome job since taking over ownership of American Pools. The store is always well stocked and the staff arefriendly and helpful. It is rare that I go to the store and come away without getting what I need, whether its product, a service commitment, or an answer to some question I have. Technician Bill and his crews always show up as scheduled for pool openings and closings and are very knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting issues if/when they arise with my pool. I appreciate that Dave and Wayne sought a new location that is still easily accessible from the Villas. It is obvious in my dealings with them that they value their customers and are committed to providing timely, high quality service to the people who entrust the care of their pools to them. I highly recommend them - check out their new location out by the airport!

They are always very friendly and willing to help. They provide the water testing service for free which most companies dont care about their regular customers ,enough to do the same! I have not seen another pool company do it for free anyplace? Plus most times they have the chem's we need when others dont!!!
